If you want to hire us as exclusive brokers, we will appreciate the opportunity and put all our resources to get the job done as quickly and effectively as possible. However, we will be very happy to work with you on non-exclusive basis as well. We currently have over 1,000 medical offices for lease and sale, and most of them are not our exclusives.
